Lonni Schultz, Managing Partner
Lonni is a founder and Managing Partner at SUMMIT72. He is a Finance specialist and holds a BComm degree (Finance and Biotechnology Management). He has 15 years of experience working in business advisory roles where he has been responsible for capital planning, detailed cost benefit analysis, economic impact analysis, and investment attraction. Lonni has completed financial analysis on over $3.0B of projects in the midstream oil and gas, infrastructure, power generation, agriculture, and transportation sectors
Darren Huculak, Managing Partner
Darren is a founder and Managing Partner at SUMMIT72. He is a Financial Economist and holder of a MA degree (Economics) with over 20 years of experience in project finance, investment analysis, and deal structuring. He has held various project development and finance positions in the renewable energy and transportation sectors. Darren has led or supported the financial planning and close of over $1.0B in infrastructure transactions, of which $500M were project financings.
Dr. Kent Fellows, Affiliate Advisor
Kent is an Assistant Professor (Economics) and Director of both the Master of Public Policy Program and the Canadian Northern Corridor research program at The School of Public Policy, University of Calgary. He is currently Fellow in Residence as an academic advisor and contributor to the C.D. Howe Institute Energy Policy program. Dr. Fellows specializes in multiple areas of Microeconomics including Competition Policy, Regulatory Economics, Regional/Transportation Economics and Energy Economics.
Dr. Sven Anders, Affiliate Advisor
Sven is an Agricultural Economist and Professor at the University of Alberta. With 20 years of research experience in the economics of food markets and agri-food supply chains, Sven’s work employs different quantitative research methods to generate insights into market trends alongside producer and consumer behaviours that help advance food markets, policy, and welfare outcomes. Through his research Sven takes a keen interest in the many relationships between agricultural production, agri-food markets, and international trade under changing climatic and agri-environmental conditions.
